website (https://www.nextlevelresources.net) and utilize our accounting and finance staffing,
recruiting, and consulting services.
As a California-headquartered firm recruiting talent and serving clients nationwide, we design our
privacy practices to align with applicable state and federal privacy laws, including the California
Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively,

regarding your professional performance, verification of past employment, or business needs. - Public and Professional Networks: Job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster), professional
networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and public databases where you have published your

system and usage data when you visit our website.
3. Database Management & Data Retention
A. Primary Systems and Operations
By submitting your information through our website, job applications, or direct communications, you
acknowledge and agree to the following secure data management operations:
- Exelare (Applicant Tracking System): All candidate applications, resumes, contact logs, and
placement records are processed and securely stored within Exelare. This system functions
under strict security controls to help our recruiters match candidates with professional accounting
and finance opportunities. - Constant Contact (Marketing and Communications): We use Constant Contact to maintain
our outreach database, delivering periodic newsletters, market updates, industry insights, and
career-related announcements. You may opt out of these communications at any time via the
opt-out mechanism included in each email.
B. Data Retention Standards
We retain Personal Information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the business
purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (such as employment
record-keeping rules), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In determining retention
periods, we consider the volume, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of
unauthorized use, and statutory limitation periods.

(strictly with the candidate’s explicit prior authorization). - Negotiating, executing, and managing contract staffing and direct-hire agreements with clients.

requirements. - Sending newsletters, promotional communications, and marketing campaigns via Constant
Contact. - Ensuring the security, integrity, and performance of our website and database systems.

A. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Under the CCPA/CPRA “selling” refers to disclosing personal information to a third party for

Next Level Resources does not sell your personal
information, nor do we share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

If you are a candidate, we share your resume and professional credentials with prospective hiring
employers only after obtaining your explicit, verbal or written authorization. We do not send
candidate profiles to clients blindly or without prior consent.
