The Program is simple:
- Refer a friend and provide their name, contact information and/or a resume and mention our Referral Bonus Program.
- We must place the referred candidate in a Direct Hire position.
- The referred candidate must be employed for a minimum of four months before the referral bonus is paid.
- A referral bonus is offered for a period of 6 months after the date of the candidate referral.
- A qualified candidate is a candidate that has not been submitted to us within the last 12 months.
